On average, it takes about 6 to 8 months for our home builders to construct your custom home. The time frame is dependent on how quickly selections are made, verified, and ordered as well as how the weather impacts construction.

Our custom properties range from $250,000 to $1 million+. In your first meeting with our home builders at BCH, we will explain the process we use to provide you with realistic allowances and how we are able to accommodate this wide range of budgets.

On average, it will cost 10-15% more for our home builders to construct an ICF home. However, this construction will reduce your energy bills by approximately one-third. Additional insurance discounts may also be available to further expedite the return on your investment.
